Somebody had a template made for this occasion but don't think it would really matter if they were off a little bit since you can't see both sides at the same time.

But a few have used it as well a myself and it's accurate as far as the measurements go, just not the drawing

What adhesive material did you use to actually attach the BSMs to the car?

GM used doubled sided tape on the body side moldings from the factory. You can find 3M double sided tape (gray w/ red backing) at an automotive paint supply store in your area.
