I am thinking about getting a cam with specs of 224/228/114 on my car. What is an estimated RWHP I should be looking for with a good tune? My mods are:

LS6 engine (so obviously has LS6 heads)
Vararam Intake
AR long tube headers w/HF cats
GHL cataback

Let me know fellas! Think I can get 40 RWHP out of this?

I would say around 390 - 400.

Really? Are you thinking on an LS1? I have an LS6, and with current bolt ons have 380rwhp now. So you are saying the cam would only give me 10-20 rwhp more than I have now??????

a cam would give you more than 10-20 for sure. more like 30-40.

I dont think you will be disappointed. My cam has similar specs and I love it.

25-35rwhp with a solid tune is possible.
