changing the kph vs mph default
Is there a way to change the default setting for the speedo? The car I have was a Canadian version so every time I start it, I have to push the e/m button to get it to read mph. I went through the options menu and the closest thing was a language selection. BTW it's a 98 auto.

That's strange I have a European Corvette with a 300mph speedo and the only time it reverts to KPH is if the battery or the cluster is dissconnected! It shouldn't keep changing to KPH something is wrong!
I have 3 different clusters 2 European ones(300mph) and one USA one (200mph) and they stay where I leave them unless I unplug them or the battery. I did a HUD conversion and I aslo tried white face gauges on a 200mph speedo that I got on here incase your wondering why I have so many!
The only way I know is to change to a USA cluster.

You'll also have a 300 kph speedo and DRLs that wont turn off
Thats the default for a Canadian spec car.
