I happened to notice a little wobble from my harmonic damper I guess it's time to change it out. Is there a how to for a little guidance? Also What is a good replacement and what part #s to use.

If its just a slight, and I mean slight wobble, I would watch it and see if it gets worse. This is not an easy fix and can be expensive if you can't do it yourself. The part is not that much but the labor is a real pain.
I would not install a new stock balancer. Aftermarket is the way to go. You can stay with the stock diameter or go underdriven. If the car is stock I would stay with the stock diameter.
There are several different ones available and the prices can vary. The best one is the ATI Super Damper but is like $400. I would also consider the ASP and Powerbond at about $250.
As for a write up look at LS1howto.com and look under the section for heads and cam swap for a C5. DON'T use the bolt method to install the pully. Go to LS1tech.com and look up the pulley install tool and either buy one of those or make it yourself.
If you every enterained the idea of a new cam now is the time as most of the work is already done doing this. The only thing left is the front engine cover and 3 bolts on the cam gear. Then you have replace 16 valve springs.
It took a friend of mine and I all weekend to do this including the cam install.
I don't personally like the way he does it on LS1Howto as they use a longer bolt for installation and use the stock bolt for removal. A lot of guys have buggered their crank threads with this method. I used a socket to push on for removal and made a tool to install.
I have a brand-new stock balancer on my car and it wobbles a little bit at idle. As soon as it revs up anywhere above idle, it smooths right out. The original balancer was pretty wobbly at 100k miles, so I went ahead and replaced it.
Take the advice above - use the proper tools to remove and install the balancer. If you bugger up the nose of the crank you are in a world of hurt.
