well, it is a almost perfect copy, but unlike the CRB it doesn't have any recess for the bolts location.

So you have to drill your own holes? Not a big deal.

Just mount the nose first, then put on the spiltter with some screws. Dont use double sided sticky tape, I have seen a few front spiltters come off at 125+ mph and the vette go bumpy t bump over the top of the spiltter put on with tape.

I used pop rivets on mine, but I have an overlay splitter.

The drilling part I figured, the part I am struggling about is the reinforcement plates, they don't make real sens to me, they have a nice curvature and the holes in those plates don't seems to be aligned to any part of the splitter.

The photo of the splitter, the splitter is upside down. What you are looking at is the bottom of the splitter.
Depending on the underside of the bumper, I think those metal plates would go on those four flat sections as holders for big arze screws which would go into the bottom side of the bumper.

Well I figured the reinforcement platte have to go underneath to be of any use, now the question is where do I put them? because they don't seem to align with anything.

They wont. Put the splitter up under the bumper, tape or set it on bricks or what ever, then align the plates as you need to.

I assumed that the holes in them were to line-up the bolts and nuts???

Ok, then how do I use the clip-on bolts, they will line up with the inside edge of the spliter, where the plate's holes won't.
