Yes, there is one on each side. I have never used them so I am not sure on access. Usually when I drain the block I already have the water pump out so I use my Miti-Vac to pump the block down.

The drain plugs are inaccessable IIRC. Best bet is to remove the water pump (6 bolts) and use a shop vac to suck/push the water out the other side of the water pump mounting area by plugging the variousl holes with a towell and applying the suction/air. I've used this method on several head/cam jobs and not a drop of coolant comes off the heads when I pull em.

The right drain plug is located behind the starter (starter must be removed). The left drain plug is place of the block heater, you need a 17 mm hex drive. This plug is very tight.
