Neutral Issues with MN6 Transmission
My transmission no longer returns back to center when in neutral. If you pull it to either side it stays there. Dealership tore it down and replaced what they termed a spring plate located in the front of the case but problem is still there. They are going to replace the case now thinking that there might be a burr where the shift shaft enters the case. Anyone heard of this problem before? I have not been able to find any posts on this. 
PS, I know it is not the shifter. I have reinstalled the stock shifter and it does the same thing.

I would contact Rodney at RPM Transmissions ( a forum sponsor) who would be able to tell you what is wrong and what should be done to fix it. He is the forum resident transmission GOD! Call him and see what he has to recommend.
