A lot of us like the Koni FSD shocks but they are $$$. C6Z06 and Bilstien (SP?) shocks from what I understand are a very good shocks for the price and, of course, you can go with coil overs. It all comes down to what you want to accomplish. I wanted to improve both my handling and my ride that is why I went with the Konis.

You have to decide whether you would want coil overs or not. If you do, PFADT, LG, DMS are good ones and IMO best order.

for non-coil apps.
1) Koni FSD
2) HALS
3) Bilstein

And again the question remains what do you want to do with your car and how much do you want to spend.

C6Z06 shocks, installed mine Sat. along with the metal end links. Now it handles like a Vette on rails and I started with the Z51 99FRC. Next will be the C6Z51 swaybars.

Give me a couple weeks. The C6 Z06's felt alot better then stock 1999 shocks. Sold the Z06's for Bilstien Sports

The C6Z51 bars are a little better 31.0mm F / 25.4mm R and they are 166.00 new for both from Gene

C5Z06 30.0mm F / 23.6mm R

I had Koni FSD's installed. They helped a lot, but probably maybe not worth the 1000.00 installed price. Shocks were 700, labor and connectors 350 as I recall.
