Default weird problem from front end

i have a 2004 zo6 and i just installed new shocks about 4 months ago, my problem is when i turn the wheel sharp to the right or left, it feels like its bouncing and loose. the suspension also makes noise when im riding down the road, a popping noise.Im just wondering what it could be, could the shocks be causing this, or bad ball joints, or bad tie rods.

I'm assuming you have gone over all the mechanical connections i.e. :

bushing mounts, endlink connections, and shock hardware....

Mine does something similar, but only in slow speed situations. I've checked everything bolted down on the front end.... tight as a drum. I still don't know what's up.

Same thing with mine. Driving me nuts. I've visually inspected and re-tightened everything twice. Finally decided to just drive it till it breaks.

On another thread, someone mentioned a similar problem and apparently it was the tie rod and the nut was loose (or at least not as tight as it should be).

I have the same problem and mine started once I had an alignment done so I'm pretty hopeful this is the problem.

could be ball joints or inner tie rods...you cannot get to inner tie rods so that may be why everything feels tight. the passenger side inner tie rod goes out a lot in these cars !!!!!

you dont want to be driving it when that breaks!!! Crash!!!!
