The "Loss of Communications" codes are pretty common. I always have them in my history after a few drives even after I cleared them. I posted awhile ago about them and the opinion was not to worry about them.

Someone may have done some work on the car, which included disconnecting the battery and that caused the codes.

^^If they are history codes that means they happened in the past. Noting to worry about. Reset them and see if any current codes come up. If nothing comes up no worries.

Mine(2000) has PO113 and P1111 which are both IAT hi voltage related. The Check engine lite stays on...Clear the codes and the lite stays out for a few minutes and comes back on...How do you fix it???

With those codes sounds like you've had a power spike or maybe the battery starting to go bad.
I'd reset them and see if any come back. You can safely ignore the U codes but the other 2 may reoccur but maybe not.
