Depends on the setup, stock setup is a fixed fulcrum, i.e., the rocker is bolted into a fixed position. The only adjustment to the lifter then becomes the pushrod length. If you go fully adjustable, like the Crane rockers, then the pushrod sets wipe and lifter preload and they adjust similar to SBC but not exactly the same.
