LGM is selling the Hurst Roll control with a C5 installation kit. The install of line locks aren't usually that difficult. It involves the mounting of the line lock solenoid, running a relay and the switchs, and intercepting the front brake lines off of the ABS module. Afterwards as with any time you open the brake lines you will need to bleed the brakes.
I have installed the Hurst Roll control in the past using my own wiring and bending/flaring my own brake lines - not too bad about a 2-3 hour job total. The installation kits will make it easier though.
