The grounds on the DRIVERS side of the block and the ground stud directly below the master cylinder are invloved in the O2 sensor heater circuits. Before you spend tons of cash,,make sure that the ground connections are in good shape.
Sensor 2 is the rear O2 sensor. It is only used to tell if the cats are working correctly. This would throw a code, but it would not cause your car to bog down. Since you are having the problem on both sensors, I would think you had a common problem between them. I do not beleive that it would be a ground as both sensor wires go back to the PCM. The heater is connected back to a gournd on the chassis. At high speed, the bogging down could be caused be a lack of fuel or it could be a plugged cat. The plugged cat is what it was on my sons car. If that is it, I would think you could just put it in a lower gear and get the revs up to the same amount and see the problem. You can take it to a muffler shop and they can put in a pressure gage before the cat to see if that is it or not. That might also explain the codes on the rear O2 sensors since they would be behind a plugged cat. Odd that it would be on both at the same time though.
On my sons car,we would put it in second and take it to about 4000 rpm and keep it there awhile. It took about 1 minute for the back pressure to build up before the engine would bog down.
