Default DCM replacement

Last year I replaced the 2 relays on the DCM board that lock/unlock the door using the excellent tutorial on this site. They are acting up again. I am going to replace them, but I'm not sure the board will survive the process again. I want to locate an economical source for a replacement board in case this doesn't work, and so far I have not had any luck on the internet. Any suggestions? (2000 C5).

it is odd for this problem to recur. What's causing you to do this? Is the fob not opening the doors, or are the controls on the door not operating?

The door lock does not lock/unlock, but you can hear the relay click. Last year the symptoms were intermittent, until it stopped working at all. Now it is intermittent again, and I'm expecting it to stop working at any time. Before I found the relay replacement procedure, we had the DCM replaced on the pax door, and 2 replaced on the drivers door ($$$). The FOB works.

Things on this car break repeatedly...I'm on my 4th oil pressure sensor, with 38k on the odometer.
