I have run this particular cam and think you have more than enough spring with this cam.

Do those come with retainers? Here is my concern. You are going to set up at 165 lbs on the seat with a 1.800" installed height. If they install at 1.875, then the retainer will sit high on the valve stem and you could have contact issues with the rocker. What is the diameter of the spring? Whose springs are these?

PS: PAC just introduced a dynamite dual for the LSx head.

OD is way to big for stock heads without machining. You need to get an LS1 designed valve spring.

Contact LG, they will likely recommend the Comp 921's. Crane 833's will work as well and the set is a little less money.

Those wont fit a stock head, to big OD wise..You need a 1.3" OD spring. Patriot gold springs(Patriot heads) are perfect, come with titanium retainers, locks, and new valve seals for $255...
