I'm looking at getting a Tex for my H/C and to be intake and 3.90's. Probably end up with 470rwhp with 3.90's. I mainly drive on the street but it will see a track or hpde maybe once a year. I'd like as close to stock feel and no chatter? Which Tex would you get for what I have and how I plan to use it? Thanks!!!!

I would go with the X-grip, it has a full face clutch disc, the Z-grip is a 6-puck disc. As far as I know there is no such thing as a Y.
I have a z-grip and it is a great clutch IMO, but not as "street-friendly" as the X. HTH

Thnaks Jim. It's realy coming down to this Tex or the centerforce dual friction????
I have the "X"-grip as well, as long as you feed 1,100 RPM it is as smooth as stock. Little heavier pedal than stock, but not much. I didn't notice it until a friend parked his car next to mine and we jumped between cars.
