One thing you may want to check. The condenser will have little impact on the radiator. If you pull the upper radiator support you can see the front side of the radiator, that is a better vantage point to clean the radiator. Best would be to remove the radiator and clean it out, but it is more work and you may need a second set of hands.
I don't agree, unless your ambient temps are really hot, the temp driving around should be under 200. I would check the radiator for dirt. We were amazed at how clogged up a friends 04 got after only a couple of years when we pulled it out for a cam swap.
