My MGW shifter arrived this afternoon. 30 minutes later it was all installed. The difference between this and stock is beyond night and day!! The shifts are infinately more precise than stock, and MUCH shorter. It is a little stiffer than the stock unit but at all uncomfortable, even in traffic.
The shifter comes complete with everything, including tools, sealer, and a CD with the installation instructions. The only tools not included are a small scredriver and something to remove the "demon" key.
If anyone is looking to upgrade their shifter; you need to look at MGW

I spoke to George prior to placing my order. They have completely redeisgned the shifter in the past few weeks or so, and now only offer one that is spec'd at 33%. I have tried the Hurst and the B&M (albeit just for a minute) and they are not even close to this nice. If I wasn't lazy and digitally challenged, I would have taken pictures, but the quality and workmanship are outstanding!
