Interior Light Flicker
Hi. I went to start up my 1999 C5 a few weeks ago at night and the headlights came on, but did not raise. I manually turned the headlamp switch on and that made no difference. I shut the car off, removed the key and then started her up again. The headlights came on and raised. However, as I was driving I noticed that all of the dash lights flicker. The problem has occurred several times but is intermittant. Any ideas?

The first thing I would do is look at the battery termianls. Remove them and replace securely. That could easily be the problem and a good place to start.
