well,i got the headers on.Everything went good. One little problem. On the passanger side header, there is a small steel breather coming off of it at the top.Now its angled upward just alittle bit.I cant get my steel hose to bend downward so i can run my Two bolts in.How do i bend that steel hose.what did other people do.Thanks..

well can you take a picture so that people know how far off your are...Mine was pretty close and I coaxed it into place. I ended up stripping the bolts cause they went in sorta cross threaded but luckily the steel of the bolts was tough enough to make its own threads and they went it ok.

Take a picture so we can see how far off you are....may not be as bad as you think, but I would hate to tell you to bend the thing and have it snap. Been there and done that to my C4 by accident...had to get a new manifold.

You can carefully bend the metal hose, just don't crimp it. I had to do the same with mine and used the length between the header and the back of the motor to make the adjustments. Try to get it to line up perfect before putting in the bolts, it will relieve some of the load on the welding to the header tube.

You might also call Nick at ARH if you can hold off until Monday....I'd bet he has a few tricks of the trade.

I figured it out.I heated it up on the header then took vise grips and pulled it downward just alittle bit.Thats all i needed.Got the ARheaders done last night with my corsa indys.Holly cow. That sound is sweet.Way,way, way loud.Dam.When i gave it alittle vroom vroom,my wife was standing about 5 feet away from the back and almost got hit by a mouse that come flying out of the muffler, along with his bed.Stupid ba#@%^! Cant believe how hot they get, wow. And i can really feel the differents with (seat in the pants),alot of differents. Now i need a cam sometime.Ill take it somewhere for that though,
