dash light problem

Default dash light problem
I have a 2002 z06, when i put the ignition key in the dash light come on then off but the problem is when i turn my head light on, there is no dash light... the HUD works good, this started only this spring when i took the car out of Hibernation. I have a good battery and it keeps a good charge of 14.7 volts when running can anybody help please. thanks

Turn your dash dimmer switch up.

thank you65GGvert for the info, that was the problem. I must have turned it while i was cleaning it, i feel kind of stupid but next time i will check more thorought. :o
