Default Cam help?

Recently I bought a 221/221 558/558 112 LSA MTI T1 cam off of a friend. What valve springs and retainers would you recommend? Also any rough guess as to HP gain? Heres a list of current mods:

LG pro headers
Random 3" cats
SLP loudmouth
Honker intake
Port & polished TB
Tuned

Put down 342 HP and 348 TQ

I'll also be installing an UD pulley and LS6 manifold at the time of the cam. Just wondering what I should hopefully expect out of this. Thanks!

BYUNSPEED has the PAC 1518's on sale, they are nitrided beehive springs that will allow you to retain the stock seals/retainers. They would be perfect and offer a long life. I would expect around 40 hp.

That's what I was was hoping to gain since the cam isn't that extreme. Thanks
