Gas Tank Pic Needed...HELP
Looking for a pic of where the gas tank is located with the body panels off. I was just about to finish mounting my amp located behind my seat when I screwed in the last screw.... then started to small gas. I didnt realize the tank was located right against the wall behind the passenger seat. Its not dripping or leaking (yet) but I can smell fumes for sure. So if you have a pic that shows whats behind the passenger seat (body panel off pic) I'd really appreciate it. Im not even sure what my next step is... maybe flatbed to shop and drop the tank and JB weld the little hole maybe?

I'd try JBweld or similar without dropping the tank. (ie just find the holes and fill them in, you should know where they are since you drilled them.) If you stop smelling fuel, you've saved yourself a heck of a lot of work dropping the tank. I hear that's one of the most difficult things to do on a vette.
