Chevrolet (remember those guys ????? they built your car ....) recommends the AC Delco 41-985 iridium spark plug. Your car came with platinum plugs with a recommended gap of 0.060 while the newer plugs come gapped at 0.040 and the iridium plugs out of the box are correctly gapped at this distance. You can buy them from any auto parts supplier ...... Napa ... Kragen .... Pep Boys ..... whomever.
Delco iridiums at .040 in mine after 54K and it really woke up!!! I am VERY pleased. Shortly after (on a cool night) I capped the night off with a 13.08/110.23 on Goodyear Run Flats. With only a black wing ,stock H pipe and Corsa Touring!! I'm quite pleased with the Iridiums !!

took out my NGK TR55 after only a few thousand miles and replaced them with ACs 41-985. However, mine (ACs) came out of the box all over the place, @ between .35 & 38. All needed a minor adjustment to .40. It may not be the case with all cars, but mine is a lot more responsive with these ACs under the hood. For my money GM knows best after all! GRT
