I'd check around that site and see if you can find more info. There is also a forum: Bone Stock Racing which is the decal on the front windshield, perhaps you can find the owner there as well...

Those don't look to be the same thing to me. The ones the OP is referring to are larger than the BPP ones.

Although I would agree that the examples shown on BPP's site look smaller in diameter, I don't see why someone couldn't just enlarge the two holes for a larger diameter light and use amber.

It may also be possible it's someone else's kit too I guess.
