milling head vs push rod length
how much can you mill a head before you will have to change pushrods to a shorter length.
currently my heads are 64 cc and the push rods are 7.5

Depends on your current preload. If you are deep in the lifter, then it may not be smart to keep them. If you are somewhat shallow, you can get away with it. What is your preload?
