American Racing Headers
I came across American Racing Headers at Carlisle last year and was impressed and might get these. Does anyone have any experience with them, the good, the bad or the ugly? Should i re-consider?
THANKS for any feedback...

While I don't have them, I think you will find them to be one of the more popular headers on the forum.

There are many opinions on headers. I have the AR headers and love them. I think they are the best in quality, fit, and a great power adder.
Just do it.

I put them on about 18 mo ago, Told them I wanted a WB bung put in and they welded in for me prior to shipping them right in the X pipe.
I am probably average mechanical ability and installed them myself in the garage on jackstands.
Stock 99 dynoed at 300 RWHP, after adding a LS6 intake, shaner TB and the ARH w/ high flow cats and a self EFI Live tune I was 340 RWHP.
Having done a bunch of mods, I would say Headers are the best bang for the buck

What did Carmen used to say years ago? Bamm!, their in!
Or something like that................one of the best attributes is the placement of the hi flow cats.
