Does this Alternator bolt look right?

Default Does this Alternator bolt look right?
The Dealership was having a hard time mounting my new Alternator and I just wondered if this looks right? Should this brass-looking sleeve be sticking out like this? I am having some charging issues and just re-checking everything...

I believe it is a washer not a sleeve- my 97 looks exactly the same...

Why would they use a "washer" like that there? As I recall it was more than just a washer when they had it apart? Maybe not? Seemed like is was some kind of spacer or something.

It's correct, it's a sleeve that slides in when you tighten the bolt.
