call mike norris at mike norris motorsports. he uses that cam quite often. he can tell you what to expect. i am having that cam put in my z right now but it is on a 112 lsa with an mn12 and a 3.90 gear. the 114 or 115 should give you a smooth enough idle.

Since you haven't gotten any responses, I am running a VHP_056 which is 215/225 on a 114.5 LSA. (I know, not the same cam but a data point I guess.) It idles smooth and was designed for an auto car (mine is an MN6). One of the reasons I didn't go with the 113, which this cam also came in, was to ensure the idle was smooth enough for my wife to be able to drive the car.
