C5 headlight system
On that side the bright is always high in the trees and the dim is low. I can not make a adjustment that will correct both. That is in addition to the lights not being good to start with.
I was hoping to see something at Carlisle that would help out. On the way home I ran into a night rain storm which reinforced why I need to get something done. I am to the point I am ready to do what I have to. I have ready multiple posts and still have no good answers. Is there any new information on how to upgrade the headlight system for a 2004 C5.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The adjusters are another story worst means to adjust cheapest parts that are not in supply unless you find junk or buy new assemblies. Be sure to lube the adjusters and go slow if you bend the golden rod you are screwed. If you travel too far left to right you pull the headlight mounting out and have to disassemble the assembly to fix. Use a metric socket that fits over the rod the inside torx is hopeless
