Your YAW sensor may be bad

Our 2004 vert had this. We took it too the dealer and they changed the YAW sensor ( under the Passenger set next to the tunnel )

The traction control codes are a result of the engine going into reduced power mode, if you solve that then your problem is fixed.

What exactly are your PCM fault codes?

I don't have my manuals in front of me to give detailed troubleshooting help, but this is definitely your problem. The accelerator pedal position sensor is the actual gas pedal that you hit with your foot, when you depress that pedal it sends a signal to the TAC module which then relays it to the throttle actuator on the throttle body.

The majority of the time the TAC module is what actually faults but in your case it sounds like it the accelerator pedal.
