You may need to go online and check with some of the larger, more reputable rebuilders around the country and see if they can help.

I got mine from a local Starter / alternator rebuild shop. It cost me around $40. Check those shops. There in the phone book ubder AUTOMOTIVE Electrical

Back in the "good old days" you could buy a Delco rebuild kit for the solenoid. It had both copper contact/bolts and the solid copper washer and new gasket. Remember those?

The C5 solenoid is sealed, and sealed well! When I get some free time, Im going to cut it open and see why it failed.
I use to disassemble the old DELCO solenoids and clean them, reassemble them and they were good as new. Those were the good ole days!!
