Personally, the Yella Terra's have been good rockers and aren't much more money from New Era Performance so I wouldn't risk it in favor of a known commodity.
I dont understand the point of the RR's Ive seen a few of them break off the ball socket right where the pushrod puts all the force to. it seems the stock ones hold up to the pressures of a high lift cam.

I have harland sharp modified stock rockers in my car and while they seem to work fine, I read somewhere, actually Tony Mamo said it, that on higher lift cams they can wear out the valve guides. I figured I could easily get $200-$250 for my HS modified rockers and for $100-$150 more I could upgrade to something I wouldn't have to worry about.
I've got the HS full rollers, and they seem to work just fine, and they're no more than the Summit ones. Adjust like stock, too, and fit under the stock covers.
Anyone running these? They look like a good value, I was just wondering if anyone has tried them before I bought a set.
I had those on my h/c package. Theyre made by Scorpion, all the same without the warranty. They broke on me in about a month. One fully broke and two more cracked. Spring press and rod length was ok so I called Scorpion and they said they had some "design" problelms. I said forget that and went with Harland Sharps. No problems yet, happy so far.

Enough said! I am going to buy some HS rockers or some Yella Terras. How do these things go on? Torque like stockers or do you need to adjust them? Thanks!
Once you change anything on the motor, even the stock rockers are not bolt on anymore. Having said that, the Yella Terra are bolt in (not fully adjustable) but you need to set the wipe then measure for the pushrod length. Harland Sharp will be the same method of installation as will the Summit rockers in the first post. Here is how to set the wipe (at least one method). Installation consists of:

The Sharps offer either full or non adjustable. Theyre only a few dollars in difference. Theyre really beefy rockers, I think youll be happy with them.

I have YT, they come with a shim that mount under the shaft. bolt them up with/without the shim to see which wipe pattern is the closest to the center of the valve tip. Once you have that set (mine liked the shim) the others will be the same and you bolt em right up and they are non adjustable. YT does make a more expensive set that is adjustable, but unless running solid lifters....
The shaft rockers certainly are one impressive and stable design. I don't know any others in their price range that use this set up.
When I first got them they were newly redesigned and a lot of comments were out there on the old ones being too heavy. The opinions have since changed a little on them and a lot more people are running them now.
I wouldn't hesitate to get them again if you couldn't guess... either those or the crane.
