They only work with park lamps and low beam headlamps. You prob already know that, so tell what you have checked so far. A little more info would be a good start, ok?

The question still remains...what have you checked? Do you have 12 volts and a ground at the lights?

If the small lamp in the switch comes on, that tells you the relays for the lamps were indeed turned on in the engine compartment fuse box. Probability is that the ground pack on the right forward frame rail adjacent to the hood riser is suspect. FYI, the fan grounds go through it too. Have you checked the fuses yet?

Check to see if your rear (tail) lights are working, if not check fuse#6 under passenger footwell.

?? I think you mean in the underhood electrical center, right? Minifuse 6 in the underhood electrical center provides 12 volts to the fog lights themselves (provided the relay is functioning), and the indicator lamp on the switch(which the OP says is illuminated when the button is depressed).

Fuse 6 in both the footwell and the engine compartment run the fog lamps.

Fuse#6 in footwell also runs dash and rear lights.

I agree; however, since the OP stated that the indicator light on the fog lamp switch illuminates, it suggests that minifuse #6 in the Instrument Panel Electrical Center is not blown. Additionally, minifuse #6 in the UEC solely supplies 12v to the fog lamps and indicator lamp on the switch.

So again, based on the OP's description of the indicator light being on, the the fog lights not illuminating, it suggests the following:

1) Minifuse #6 in the IPEC is good
2) Minifuse #6 in the UEC is good
3) Minifuse #32 in the IPEC is good
3) The BCM is receiving a fog lamp request via the switch
4) The BCM is providing a ground for the fog lamp relay

So that leaves:

1) The fog lamps themselves
2) Wiring from the load side of Minifuse #6 in the UEC to the fog lamps
3) Ground G102 or SP100
