Now i am confused Comp cams does not list the positive stop type for the LS6 which is a 11/32 valve.... they have only two types that do not require mods to the heads...

I've used several types of seals & had the best luck with the GM seal,in the link in Lucky's post.
I use the exhaust seal on all sixteen stems.

They are not 11/32 valves, they are 8 mm. If you are going with a beehive spring, the stock one piece GM seal/seat is fine. If you are going with duals, get the older GM seal design which is an umbrella type that uses a separate seat.

Why? Shouldn't use Umbrella with Duals, Umbrella may come into contact with the inner spring and eventually fail.

Positive Seal is the way to go. Exhausts for all 16 valves.

So I called the dealer ... they have 8 intake and 8 exhaust in stock..... I should only get the Exhaust because the Intake ones are Umbrella?

They are all Positive Seal, no Umbrella.
You can use 8 Exh and 8 Intake Positive Seals, but if you wanted to be more conservative, you can also use exhaust seals on the Intake valves, too. Your choice.
