How do you remove the emergency flasher button?

I used a dental pic to remove my button. It’s small enough to fit in the space and it is easy to pop the button off with a light tug.

Yes they do, just a mater of time. My 01 with 86kmi just started three weeks ago, now its almost every time I want to use the turn signals. New replacement switch arrived today.
