What are you plans for the car? Street only, Strip, Autocross?
Where do you want to make additional power? Across the entire power band? Do you want to make more peak power up top but lose some down low?
How about idle? Do you want a silky smooth idle or some chop and shake?
If you don't know then a good middle of the road cam should have an intake duration in the 220s on a 114 LSA. This will provide a good balance of drivability and increased power across the entire power band.
I have an 03 A4, 3:42, 2800 stall. I am considering this sized cam with AFR heads next spring. How is the idle rpm? This is my DD but, I do want some lope. Does the 114 LSA have a decent lope?

The idle is great. I left it at the stock 800rpm idle on the Z06. It definitely has some lope and shake to it over the Z06 cam. Nothing crazy, but anyone that knows anything about cars will be able to tell it is cammed. If you want more lope, just set the idle at 750.
I think if you stay on a 114 you will be happy. Great for a daily driver but a little lope and shake so you know it has a bigger cam in there. It seems to be the sweet spot on these engines.

If you mill for compression the 112 LSA with this cam may put you too close on PTV. I have it on a 114 and barely made it. Nice cam on a 114 though.

Thank you for the information. It sounds like it is just what I am looking for.
