Headlights, no lights
I turned the switch and the headlamps opened but no lights came on. Now the headlamps won't close. The running lamps and yellow lamps are lit. When I shut it off and turn the switch the lamps won't close. There is a dinging noise when I take the key out like the lights are on, but they are not.
What's up? This is a 2004 if that makes a difference

There is a fuse (#6 in the footwell) thats not obviously associated with the lights. It would cause a similar problem if it blew. try that first.
