I save your money on the FAST manifold and throttle body if you are not going to upgrade the heads and cam. You don't need the upgraded fuel rails either, unless you just like the look.
Considering you already have a good exhaust system, a cam and heads would really wake that car up. That would be my choice.
Thanks I just dont know what to spend my money on and i agree with you I should get the cam done but with labor it cost about 3,600 dollars(cam, all parts and labor)
does that sound right
I just want to go faster in the 1/4 and more horse power and torque

Heads and cam would give you a big boost in the 1/4. You already have an ls6 manifold on your car. You don't need another throttle body. If it is an auto, 3.42 gears and/or a high stall converter can cut your 1/4 mile ET down. Check the performance section for ET results with mods. Once you mod to a certain level, traction will hold you back and drag radials will be required at some point.
You could put a pretty good size cam in your 6 speed and lower your ET. Heads and cam would definitely give you a kick. I had my cam installed with all supporting hardware including an underdrive pulley plus tuning for $2600.
Motogib1 that is a really good price the price they gave me was 3900 that is cam all supporting stuff and dyno tune and tax were did you get your stuff done what state I am from new orleans
Keep your stock intake manifold and fuel rails. I would personally do a cam only. I was
quoted by a well known shop just under 3 grand for the following parts installed and dyno tuned.
cam
double springs
pushrods
oil pump
LS2 timing chain
underdrive pulley
42lb injectors, think I am forgetting something, but basically everything you need for a cam swap.
I would do either a 224/228 on a 112, 224/230 on a 114, or a 232/240 on a 114. All of these cams will work on the stock gearing and give you at least 50hp at the rear wheels with the supporting mods. Might as well have the stock TB ported for 100 bucks while you are at it.
