TXZ0603- I didn't go with oil pump and timing chain because I didn't think it was needed. I know I was in there already, but I had to draw the line somewhere. Plus I'm very thrifty. Yea, that's a nice way to describe it.
Tuner@Straightline- Thank you! I built up my own confidence on this job too. After this, I see no reason why a nice set of cheap LS6 heads aren't in the near future.
Chuck01- I will definitely be going to the track soon. I'm in Goodyear so I go to Speedworld. I know most hotrodders seem to be in the east valley. I'm going to be in Chandler Sat. afternoon for the tune so if you're bored, lemme know.
I just got the car back from the dyno tune. Finally I can drive it again! It did better than I thought. 371rwhp, 360rwtq. I have the dyno graph overlayed with the previous dyno graph. TQ and hp are almost the same up to about 3800rpms, but now the numbers just keep getting higher.
