My 2000 FRC build ..
I will try to answer the questions that were posted,
[02gt350]The spoiler/splitter is a ACI Corvette C5 spoiler from the beginning but modified as you can see in the before/after pictures.
[navy08] The transmission is a built MN6 transmission, the sixth gear is replaced with a more natural gearing to come after 5th. The torque tube is updated with the latest parts and the diff is a 3:73 diff with hardened output shaft. The clutch I'm using is a 5.5" 3-disc carbon-carbon clutch from Quarter Master with their slave cylinder replacing the stock crappy slave cylinder completely.

As you can see in the pictures the front is modified so the front air opening is more than double the size compared to stock. I have cut it just under the line in the front mold(the one you see very good in your picture going between the brake air intakes. The Halltech would make a great addition I have just not thought about it.
The heim-joint for the control arms are from DRM, I sent them all the control arms and they did all work on them.
[mathia] I have been using the same electrical water pump for six years now without any trouble but I supect it will brake as everything sooner or later. I will look at your suggestion about a Evans pump, it may be the next pump to get when my old one gives up.
[Mike94ZLT1] I have seen a great write-up somewhere to modify the C6 Z06 rear fender inserts on this forum but you will see how to do it when you have the pieces in your hand. A lot of cutting slowly slowly a little piece at the time - cut to much and you will need to buy a new one

[B-ras] I'm not competing professionaly, only club racing for fun. The car is still streetable.
[Independent1] I have been modfying this car a little every year since I bought it from DRM new 2000, its serial number 4 of DRM's 500RSR signature serie. I do not think there is so much more to do now - just drive and enjoy

More pictures of a very dusty car both inside and outside

I'm waiting to get some time to start working with the rear diffusor so it will sit here for a while. I will have my special built right tank insert in a couple of days so I can finish the fuel system and fire it up for the first time.
Inside view, Recaro Pro Racer driver side and Recaro SPG passenger side. Crow 5-point belts.

Hats off to you!
A salute to your craftsmanship and attention to detail!! Are those hi flow cats are just resonators at the end of your headers? I'm just blown away by the whole package you've developed there,,,absolutely beautiful!! You do great work!! anybody can throw money at a shop owner and drive out a nice machine! I really admire the person that does it himself. From what I can see your work is equal to or exceeds anything one could have built. I bet that would be one thrill ride!!!
Beautiful car, great pics. Thanks so much for sharing. I am in love with that suspension. I am sure it performs just as lovely as it looks!
Some homes don't cost that much!

Some more pictures, now with the hood

The rear is not ready yet, I'm working on a diffusor but it's still on the cardboard stage so a lot of work remains.

Close-up of the DRM hood. It's a reverse cooling hood - the air gets drawn in at the rear of the hood and sucked out in the fins you can see in the pic. Its not only cooling the engine it's generating downforce as well.

Here you can see the spoler/splitter a little better and the larger air intake.

A little different angle ...

Driver seat, I promise you do not move in the turns

The mounts between the tranny and diff broke braking the output shaft of the tranny. Now we have put on a ECS brace so it should stay together. Did not think we would need that on a road race car.

Loved to see both of you cars on the track at Rudskogen on Saturday
of them here at the forum
