Need help with window problems.
I have a 99 C5, the passenger door window and lock doesn't work while the door is closed. If I open the door everything works. I have the door apart but I can't find the problem. Any ideas?

Got to say that's a new one. Well, start by opening up the accordian tube in the door jam area and look for anything suspect in there...especially shorting wires to the frame.

COMMON ISSUE!! Pop out the accordion tube from the door and door frame, pull out the harness from the hole in the drro frame and examine the harness connectors. On one you will see a clear sheaf wire thats going to be pulled out of the sheaf. Cover that wire with tape or better yet, liquid electrical tape. That should solve that issue.
