Default How to remove EVAP line?

I am in the process of dressing up my engine. I want to remove the EVAP line. Here is what it looks like so far:

Who has removed theirs?

How can I remove the hard line in the back of the engine compartment?

Should I provide a vent on that line, since it is to vent the fuel tank?

Any tips?

Question, is yours just "hanging there" after installing the FAST? There isnt a slot/connection to hold it in place like there was on the stock manifold.

You can't remove it, only relocate it. You have to cut the hard plastic line, and cut the wiring harness going to it. Use 5/8" rubber fuel line to run it to somewhere obscure, and extend the wiring harness going to it. Cover the lines with the wire loom, and you're done.

It's not a vent, it's a controlled vacuum administered by the PCM. How do you intend to defeat the test?

My tuner said he can disable the check engine light if I unplug it.

AHA! This is what I wanted to hear! So, I still need the line running to the front of the intake' but it can be a flexible rubber hose hidden in the wire loom. Thanks for this tip.

How has everyone else dressed up their engine compartment with this unsightly appendage???

I used some black tie wraps (wire ties) and attached it to the injector wire harness. Its under the FRC so you can't see it. However, the FRC's require modification to fit correctly.
