I have the f45 as well. I remember reading someplace that you need to change shocks, delete the f45, and then lower. I will be getting Z06 shocks and doing the resister mod to take care of the selective ride. I cant lower mine as the roads where I live suck!

Some people have issues, some don't. Do a search on them and you will find a lot of info on this question.

No need to replace shocks lowering an F45. Just do it. Worked for me. Never could feel a difference in settings before or after lowering.

Me too!

I bought my '01 coupe in July of '01. It has the F45. (in retrospect, I STILL wonder why I ever ordered that option) Lowered it the following winter, before I put it back on the road in '02.

Have the F45 on my 2001 Coupe lowered on stock bolts. No issues for over 2 years. Ride is slightly stiffer in all F45 settings some of which I attribute to my wider and heavier repro chrome Z06 wheels and tires. Definitely looks nicer lowered.
