electrical question guys
Im doing a lcd light mod in the side gills on my 04zo6 i have the light voltage matched up to the alternator output about 13 volts i would like to have them blink with the blinkers can i just tap into the corresponding wire going to the blinker lights or do i need a relay of some sort??? the lcd's draw very little power any help would be great thanks

Yea it will work as long as you don't replace the turn signal light bulb with an LED. The flasher relay needs to see a certain amount of resistance that the light bulb provides. Without it, you have to add some resistance to the circuit or the flasher will flash too fast. Good luck.

thanks thats what i was thinking wire tap is the way to go im not changing the blinker bulb the resistance should be fine thanks for the help guys i added a new twist ill post some pics when im done
