I would check your steering wheel multifunction switch. Theres a post that details how to repair and check that switch. Find it and use it to fix your switch

well i found it and it work out great... multifunction switch was the problem ...instructions are very good...step by step and i got it done...it took about 45 minutes from start to end..as long as u have right tools its easy...thanx for your help...
