Jim, there's a lot of info in the forum about this; it's pretty easy.
Just find the long bolts that go thru the ends of the fiberglass spring, and turn them counter-clockwise. (screw them upward).
But, first jack up the spring near the bolt to unload the force on the bolt (pad the jack, don't damage the spring)
Remove the wheel to make it easier.
Flood the bolt with penetrating oil.
Turn the top of the bolt counter-clockwise, count the turns.
Turn the bolt until the bottom rubber cushion on the underside of the spring touches the spring.
You should be able to get between 1-2 inches of drop.
Get the wheels re-aligned (and buy a spare air dam).
Ear plugs are good also, when scraping over driveways, etc!!!
The max you will see in the front is 3/4 of an inch with the rubber bushings intact and stock bolts. I only realized 1/2 drop on my 01 with z51 package (which is most likely the reason why it was less) In the rear I dropped an inch or so to level it (rear still 1/2 higher than front).
