Default Ported Polished Heads

Hey Guys,

Bought these TSP 2.5 LS6 heads (actally LS2 based on the 799 cast stamp) from a forum member. I did some additional cleanup to remove the CNC tool marks. Started with 80 grit then 120, 220, 400, 800 and then polish.

Don't know if it'll make much of a difference, but it's winter and I'm bored!

How'd I do for the first time ever?

The secret to horse power is the PORTING Process and how much metal is removed to enhance port flow and velocity. Not so much the polishing. Yea, they look good and you did a good job but, that little bit of machine marks wont really attribute to any noticable loss in power. Now you have bragging rights to the sexiest intake port out there.

Trust me, adding ported heads will really wake up the LS engine. I put Patroit Performance Stage II heads on my 02 Z. With the cam and ported Fast 90 install, Im making 450 rwhp.
