That dreaded time of yearly inspection and I leave the shop and had this exact problem, searched this great place and Bam!!!!!......stress relieved...

If you decide to replace all rubber bump stops in both sides you can get them here.

As mentioned above, there is a TSB that is related to this subject. It calls for shimming the driver's side motor (#2 in diagram below).
