Default C5 Headlights Wont Lower (Please Help.)

I just replaced my turn signal bulb on the driver side and now the headlights will not lower and are stuck up. The only things i did that may have caused this are:

Left the lights on for over 30 minutes with the car off.
Pulled the old bulb (it was shattered) out with plyers.
rubbed my arm against some switch.

How do i make the lights work normal now? ie. go down.

I dont know if this is a common problem, but i did search and didnt find anything that helps me. I drive an impreza and am only borrowing the car for a few weeks. Thank you in advance for your help.

Start with the fuses for the headlight motors/control module. Dont have my service manuals with me so, look in the owners manual.

Default Update

I just checked the fuses. The fuses for the headlight motors (number 3, 6 and 4) are both fine. I also noticed that:

My tail lights are not working
My interior lights are not working

Which fuse is for the tails? C5 vette btw.

Still need some help.

Parking lights and tail lights is fuse #6 in the fuse box under the passenger floor.

The interior fuse center is
on the passenger’s side of
the vehicle, under the
instrument panel and under
the toe-board. Remove the
toe-board and carpet
covering to access the fuse
block. Then turn the fuse
block door **** and pull
the door to access the fuses

DEAD ON FORUM GUYS!!. I had the same broken bulb problem. Pliers blew the fuse, lost the interior lights and headlights stuck up. Number 6 fuse under the kick panel cured all.

NOBODY PANIC, THE CORVETTE FORUM IS HERE!!

Default lights are stuck up

Well guys, now mine are stuck in the up position, but i did not change or mess with nuttin!!!!!! She done this to me once before while she was in the shop and the vette expert took all day to fix it.He said he finally figured that putting on the brights made them go down(just like the guy on this forum said earlier) but i tried that and it did not work.
Anyway, its the weekend and i just figured i would try to fix this with out having to take her back to the" proud vette man" if you know what i mean? Just dropped 6k in her last week, now this!
